Built of convict stone, Rose Cottage is a two bedroom cottage decorated and furnished in a traditional English country cottage style. Exposed brickwork and beams make it an idyllic cottage to stay in. Spacious yet cosy, Rose Cottage is comfortable, relaxed and very welcoming. Rose Cottage is set over two levels; both bedrooms are set on the first floor with one double bed and one double bed with one single bed. A toilet is also located on this level. A separate shower room with second toilet is situated on the ground floor. Heating is provided through gas log fire and electric heaters. Standard features in Rose Cottage include the following:

• kitchenette with refrigerator, two electric hot plate oven,  microwave oven, electric frying pan and crockery/cutlery
• tea, coffee (including ground) making facilities for five people
• flat screen TV
• toys, games, books, DVD (and discs), CD/radio player (and discs)
• two double beds and one single bed
• bathroom with shower and toilet, with separate toilet upstairs; complimentary bath products
• hairdryer, iron, ironing board, clothes airer
• BBQ area
• free Wi-Fi Broadband access
• shared laundry facility (in the Old Schoolhouse).

Maximum occupancy is 5 adults with room for a trundle bed and travel cot. It is suitable for families.
